How it works

Four steps from registration to filed credit.

Most attendees register, attend, and have their credit filed automatically. For self-filed credits or international jurisdictions, we provide a detailed attendance certificate with all session metadata you’ll need.

Add at checkout

Select your credit type during registration. Credit add-on can be added to any ticket tier. CLE-only and day-only passes available separately.

Attend sessions

Scan in/out of each credit-eligible session with your badge. Most sessions are credit-eligible — your badge automatically tracks attendance hours.

Pass attestation

End-of-day short quiz confirms attendance (required by most boards). Takes 3 minutes per day. Pass mark is 70% — content is fair, not punitive.

Credit filed

We file directly with MD, VA, DC, NY, PA, CA, and CFP Board within 14 days. Other states get a certificate to self-file. International filings on request.

What people actually ask.

Can I get credit if I only attend one day?

Yes — day-only CLE/CPE passes are available for $39–$89 depending on credit type. You’ll earn 6–8 hours per day. Pricing is set so a single day costs less than the same CLE hours bought elsewhere.

Is the legal track actually CLE-eligible everywhere?

Filed directly in MD, VA, DC, NY, PA, CA. Most other US jurisdictions accept it via reciprocity — we provide attestation paperwork. EU credit is filed via our IE Law School (Madrid) partnership. If your jurisdiction isn’t listed, email us before registering — we’ll confirm before you pay.

What if I miss a session I needed for credit?

All credit-eligible sessions are recorded. You can complete makeup hours via the recorded session + the same end-of-day quiz, up to 90 days post-event. Recordings are included with any credit add-on.

Is the ethics component included in CLE hours?

Yes — 5 ethics hours are built into the 32-hour CLE total. Dedicated ethics blocks on Day 2 and Day 4 cover client communications around digital assets, conflicts in token-related representation, and emerging professional responsibility rules.

Can my firm/employer pay for credit add-ons?

Yes. We provide W-9 and invoice on request, and can bill firms directly. Corporate sponsorship tiers (see /sponsor) include bulk credit packages — 10+ CLE attendees at a discount.

What if I’m already attending a session for “regular” reasons?

The credit add-on enables credit tracking and filing on top of your ticket. The sessions are the same — credit attendees just get formal accreditation, end-of-day attestation, and the filed certificate.

Direct filing & reciprocity coverage.

Direct filing means we submit credit hours to the licensing board on your behalf. Reciprocity means most boards in those states will accept our attestation paperwork. International CLE filed via our IE Law School partnership.
