Jean-Philippe Beaudet

Jean-Philippe Beaudet is Policy Director at The Digital Chamber, where he leads AI, quantum computing, and digital assets policy. He represents TDC in meetings with Congress, has co-authored reports on blockchain and national security, and has drafted legislative text on financial services and AI regulation for bipartisan lawmakers. Prior to TDC, Beaudet worked at the Washington Kurdish Institute on political autonomy in the MENA region and co-founded YourStory International, a 501(c)(3) operating in Haiti focused on community development. He holds an M.A. in International Affairs and Policy Analysis from American University’s School of International Service and B.A.s in History and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
