Kuba Ruiz

Kuba Ruiz is a Senior Counsel in the Warsaw Commercial team, advising clients since 2004 with extensive experience in IT and new technologies, transactional and commercial law, and dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation.
He has been involved in or led dozens of IT projects, including the largest IT system implementations in Poland, covering central banking systems, ERP and CRM deployments, IT governance audits and DORA implementation projects. His dispute resolution experience spans dozens of cases, including representing Poland in BIT international arbitrations.
Kuba holds a Master of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and a second Master of Laws from the Amsterdam Law School at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, specialising in International Trade Law and International Investment Arbitration.
