Pat LaVecchia

Pat LaVecchia is the Founder and CEO of Oasis Pro, a fintech infrastructure company focused on blockchain-based digital securities, regulated market infrastructure, and real-world asset tokenization. Oasis Pro developed institutional-grade infrastructure for issuing and trading digital securities and, in 2025, was acquired by Ondo Finance to help build regulated tokenized securities markets in the United States. Pat now serves as CEO of Oasis Pro Inc., an Ondo Finance company and is part of Ondo Finance’s senior leadership team.

Pat has more than 30 years of experience across capital markets, investment banking, private equity, fintech, and regulated market infrastructure. He built Oasis Pro from inception through scale, growing the company to 45+ employees, raising approximately $34 million in funding, including a $27 million Series A, and expanding its broker-dealer capabilities to support SEC/FINRA-aligned digital securities workflows, including ATS, broker-dealer, transfer-agent coordination, and investor-protection infrastructure.
